How To Cook?

  • Pour oil in a cooker, and add finely chopped 50grams of onion and 50 grams of tomato, deep south.
  • Add 500ml of water, allow to boil, when boiling add 25 grams of mahimaa instant biryani and kushka mix and salt to taste
  • In the boiling water add 400 grams of soaked basmathi rice and allow to cook up to one whistle, after that, stop the stove, make the vessel airtight with a lid and wait for 15minutes in dum.
  • After 15minutes, the kushka is ready to serve.
